This is also very close to Charter Day School. What can you do with this 9 acres zoned co-RR? You can put a stand alone garage/building with no residence. Imagine that! You can put a single family residence or duplex. If you choose to get a special use permit you can put a mobile home park. Well and septic are already in place. County planning explained that all the land owners own the entire dirt road and are responsible for it's upkeep. This also goes for Sandy Run Loop Rd. which does not appear to be cleared.
